Delivery Time
- Most physical addresses will receive their orders within 9 to 15 business days. However, certain in-house processing factors may delay shipping, including customizations, back-orders, and special orders.
- Your shipping will depend on the total items and weight of your order. Typically, orders under 15 items or 3kg are shipped together. For orders exceeding this limit, additional shipments may be required.
- We use airmail for shipping, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive the tracking email within 5 days, please contact us. -
What if my tracking says “No information available”?
Some shipping companies take 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If your tracking code still shows no information after 5 days, please contact us for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly offer shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, some locations may not be serviceable. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you promptly.
CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred once items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to receiving one or more packages that may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.
Maximum Delivery Time: 45 business days (excluding 1–3 business days for processing).
