Refunds & Returns

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed for packaging and shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.


REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. You are eligible for a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

  • Non-receipt: If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding 2–5 days for processing).
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the product, you must return it at your own expense, and the item must be unused.

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

  • If the order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., an incorrect shipping address).
  • If the order fails to arrive due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

You must submit refund requests within 15 days of the guaranteed delivery period ending (45 days). Please use our Contact Us page to initiate a request.


RETURN POLICY

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

General Conditions:
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized items (e.g., those with names, numbers, badges, or logos) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For partial returns, we will adjust any discounts proportionally and process a refund accordingly.

Shipping costs for returns:
  • We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Steps for Returning Items:
  1. Include your order number for quick processing.
  2. Return items in their original packaging and condition using a trusted courier service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). We recommend choosing an insured shipping method and keeping the receipt for your records.
  3. Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about your refund status.

Processing Time:
  • Transit Time: 2–7 business days for us to receive your return.
  • Inspection Time: 1–3 business days upon receipt.
  • Bank Processing: 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
